In this Pilates Apparatus Fakeout workout, we are taking on the Pilates Cadillac/Tower. You don't need any big expensive pilates equipment for this workout. All you need is a set of resistance bands with handles, preferably ones that you can change out the level of resistance, a door stopper, an ankle strap and a mat. In this class, I'll show you how you can get a great workout simulating the resistance and challenges of a pilates cadillac/tower machine in the comfort of your own home!

Balance Barre Fitness was founded by dancer and fitness guru, Brittany Bendall. Brittany has over 20 years of ballet, jazz, contemporary and modern dance experience. She began teaching ballet and jazz classes to students when she was still in high school and moved on to choreographing professional caliber performances. She holds a minor degree in Dance from the University of Richmond and is a certified Zumba and BODYJAM instructor.
